Chagrin Falls Zinc Range-Hood :  This zinc range hood has a smooth light patina body with raw zinc channel strapping . Horizontal strapping on the top and base of the hood,with vertical strapping on the front and corners of this amazing hood. Raw zinc rivets enhance all the strapping. Copper Bronze Range Hood Prospect : A wall mount range hood with pizzazz! The bronze bar  has a marbled patina that brings me to think of the old miners digging for gold. The warmth comes from the heavy hammered hood body and crown. Together a spectacular marriage. Antique copper hand hammered rivets provide the final touch. This hood measures 36″ x 24 ” x 40″. Hand Hammered Copper Range Hood-Retro : How fun is this. An updated version of the 70’s. The shinny copper look is replaced with an antique hand hammered copper. The antique bronze is replacing the bright brass trim,so loved  a few decades ago. With a barrel shaped hood base and straight stack. Which is adorned with the bronze flat bar and rivets. This is a perfect way to update and create a new look. This is a  large wall mount range hood, with the dimensions of  60″ x 24″ x 41″.  The vertical and horizontal bar is 2″ x 3/16″. Crafted using 51 oz copper material and welded construction.  Notice the vertical banding goes beneath the horizontal banding. Copper Range Hood Holland : This hood has a similar design as the Zinc Range Hood also called the Holland. With a smooth copper body, fired to an antique copper this gives the hood a sleek soft satin look. A contrast to the hand hammered horizontal bar and  vertical bar which is crafted using blackened steel bar. Enhanced with hammered copper rivets. You will  notice the horizontal bar on the copper hood extends to the sides this is so it will fit tight to the cabinets that only reaching out part way. The  hood also has a small ledge at the top of the base creating a stop for the vertical bar. Attention to detail is important to us at Mountain Copper Creations. Same blackened steel bar.  Enhanced with  copper square copper rivets and rings. Just the size is different. This hood measures 30″ x 21″ 54″ . Crafted using 51 oz copper material with welded construction and fired to an antique copper.  All hand hammered.  The venting system is included in all of our zinc and copper hoods. Each project is unique so we will work with you to make sure the venting system meets your needs. Crafted in Missoula Montana by a local craftsman. While  the body of the hood is smooth copper fired to an antique copper. The base of the hood has a scalloped mustache adding to the charm of the piece. Top of the crown has  a brushed stainless insert. Matching the mustache at the base of the hood. At the base of the hood is a needle hammered inlay  which is complimented by the 5/8″ zinc rivets. The crown is also smooth with  needle hammered inlay and rivets. Copper Range Hood Deerborn : This hood is wall mounted. Hand crafted using 51 oz copper material with welded construction. With heavy hammered body and crown fired to an antique copper.  The Deerborn  is another larger range hood with several different angles. Starting with the straight crown angled at the top to accommodate the vaulted ceiling.  This connects to an inverted radius. Which connects the french design of the hood body. This connects to another inverted radius that connects to the bell at the hood base. All flowing together to make this amazing hood. This then is enhanced with vertical and horizontal blackened and distressed steel bar and cooper rivets. Zinc Range Hood Smokey :  Montana has experienced one of the worst fire season in several years. As Jim was creating this range hood the color of the light patina reminded me of the smokey skies over Montana. So there ya go Smokey! This hood is a wall mount. Crafted using .060 zinc material. With welded construction. Heavy hammered body and crown with a slight patina. Two distressed blacked steel bars with steel rivets also blackened adorn the base.  A Smaller range hood with plenty of class and function.                                                                               Measurements : 36″ x 21 ” 34″

Custom Copper Range Hood Mountain View :  Due to the larger size of this range hood we decided Mountain View was the only name that fit it’s massive size. This copper range hood is hand crafted using 51 oz copper material and welded construction. The body of this hood is heavy hammered with a heavy hammered crown. Two horizontal blackened steel bar with copper rivets embellish the base. While the crown of the hood has a single blackened steel bar with copper rivets.  Two vertical blackened steel bars with  copper rivets enhance the front of the range hood. This range hood is 68″ x 82: x 24″

It is set in a rock arch  that has rock on both sides and the back. The thought is that it was used at one time for a wood cook stove.  The arched top of this hood conforms with the arch in the rock while the side of the hood is extended out to accommodate the rock walls. The back splash is all one piece with the hood.  All hand hammered and fired to a spicy rich antique copper. The community was so named because a rancher there branded his cattle with the image of a circle. Most often large ranched were known not for the name of the rancher but the name of the brand of the livestock.

This zinc range hood is crafted using raw zinc which is hand hammered. The blackened steel bar is distressed by hand hammering, including the steel rivets. Which are also distressed and blackened. Notice the attention to detail with  the vertical steel bar which flows under the horizontal steel bar. Not butted  up against the bar. Allowing a completely finished look. You may notice  the corner steel brackets which also add to the rustic look. This zinc range hood was designed for our client. While looking for something that was both elegant and rustic.
